Olives-Pitted-Low Salt

Premium Red and Black Botija Olives, grown on the south desert coast of Peru, Ecologically cultivated, hand picked and processed with extreme care by Olivico Farm. Fermented in a sea salt brine for 3-4 months, then rinsed and dried at low temperatures (below 110 degrees farenheit). All natural oil of the olive is intact. Certified Organic.
