In forestry Cosman&Webb is preserving a minimum of 30% biodiversity which leads to a healthy forest and healthy maple trees. Healthy trees produce better quality syrup (more minerals!).

Modern practices can produce highly refined maple syrups which lack flavour. It elevates our cost of production, but we are committed to a longer boil with less concentrated sap. This leads to very flavourful maple syrup.

This is a heated product. Nothing added. Keep Refrigerated.
